The following marquees require Building Permits under Council Regulations:

Any Marquee over 100sqm for Private Use or Public Use

Building Permit Fees differ for each council, please contact your local council for current fees.
If your local council requests an inspection of your Marquee, additional costs will be charged.

Compulsory for any Marquee over 100sqm (one at each exit point):
Illuminated Exit Signs - if your event is going into the hours of darkness
  $20.00 each
Portable Fire Alarm System with Fire Extinguisher $70.00 each
A discharge fee of $150 applies for the Fire Extinguisher
Both above items are available for hire from us.

You are welcome to obtain your own Building Permit or we can lodge one on your behalf (Admin fees do apply).
Please allow atleast 20 working days prior to your event for your Permit to be approved.
