COUNCIL BUILDING PERMIT REQUIREMENTS
The following marquees require Building Permits under Council Regulations:
Any Marquee over 100sqm for Private Use or Public Use
Building Permit Fees are estimated at $260 per permit.
If Your local council requests an inspection of your Marquee, additional costs will be charged.
Compulsory for any Marquee over 100sqm:
Portable Fire Alarm System with Fire Extinguisher
These are available for hire from Johnson & Couzins Hire for $65.00 per alarm
A discharge fee of $150 applies for the Fire Extinguisher
